Brandi passante made an instant star after her performance on the reality show 'StorageWars' on A&E. The show also included Jarrod Schulz who was her boyfriend for many years, and later husband. In the show, they auction off the items in lockers that have rent that was not paid for within three months. Brandi and Jarrod from the Now and Then thrift store, which is located in Orange California participated in the show to buy storage units. Little did they know that the show was going to create reality-TV stars from their store! The couple was extremely polite in their bids during the entire show and was one of the most prominent stars. The couple's popularity on the reality show helped them expand their operations. They also opened a second store in addition to one they previously owned. Their role in "Storage Wars" also led to a spin-off show "Brandi & Jerrod: Married to Work' focused on their lives.
